Denny Gayton is enrolled at Standing Rock Reservation where he is a school language instructor, and has previously worked at the Lakȟól’iyapi Wahóȟpi immersion school. He is an advanced speaker of Lakota as a second language, and motivates other learners to have a good time while talking Indian. He has been teaching Intensive Lakota at LSI since 2012.
